Chapter 7: Thanks Captain.
I have had an interesting few days! So, I threw out my back on Friday… ahem- had to go to the hospital and get a muscle relaxant- and obviously couldn’t work or anything. But it’s probably one of the most relaxing weekends I’ve had in awhile. No house work or cleaning. Still managed to do this comic though a hurt back is not a good enough excuse to miss an update! Plus, I was stuck at home anyway, what else am I supposed to do with my time? I don’t have TV, and I’m caught up on all my YouTube Channels… so yeah. boring. Though! I’ve been playing Paper Mario and Animal Crossing a lot lately, but Mana likes to watch Paper Mario, so I won’t play that while she’s stuck at work :P.
I’ve become quite addicted to Animal Crossing: New Leaf- I haven’t played any of them since the Gamecube version, which was the first. So it was nice to get back into it and see what they’ve all changed. And I’m pleasantly surprised. They’ve added quite a bit of new content, and I have tried avoid researching too much, but there’s a lot of things that happen as you play. It really feels like your town grows and develops now, over time- much like a normal village/town would. I had wanted to get the game when it first came out, but never really got around to getting it. it wasn’t until my bro got it recently and made it hard not to. Not to mention Club Nintendo was having all sorts of deals because they were closing down, and out of coincidence they were offering Animal Crossing for free to Platinum Members… which I was one of them. So, Animal Crossing, for FREE? Sign me up.
I’ve been more chatty than normal- Guess that’s what happens when you’re stuck at home with nothing better to do. I’m going back to Animal Crossing now,
Have a Great week everyone!
